My approach
The lab rules
- I test it myself. Before I talk about it on stage or in the newsletter, I’ve used it for real.
- I document what goes wrong. Not just what works: each experiment has its lab note, mistakes included.
- I show the raw work. A prototype built over two evenings sits next to a site in production.
